1. Introduction
Welcome to MMHAQ Technologies. By accessing or using our website, services, or software (collectively referred to as “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our platform or engaging our services.
2. Scope of Services
MMHAQ Technologies provides software development, mobile and web application design, IT solutions, and technology consulting. All projects, deliverables, and timelines are defined within formal client agreements or project proposals.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and all necessary materials required for development. Delays in communication or approvals may impact delivery timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All source code, design, and technical documentation developed by MMHAQ Technologies remain the company’s intellectual property until full payment is received.
- After full payment, ownership of the final deliverable (not including proprietary frameworks or libraries) is transferred to the client.
- MMHAQ Technologies retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios or marketing materials.
6. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined per project. Late payments may result in suspension of services, withholding of deliverables, or late fees. All payments are non-refundable once project milestones are approved or services delivered.
7. Confidentiality
Both MMHAQ Technologies and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project lifecycle. Confidential data will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
We handle all user and client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. MMHAQ Technologies implements security measures to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats.
9. Software Licensing & Usage
Any software, scripts, or applications developed by MMHAQ Technologies are licensed for agreed usage only. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or modification without written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
MMHAQ Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, including data loss, downtime, or system errors, except as required by law.
11. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with third-party tools, APIs, or hosting providers. MMHAQ Technologies is not responsible for issues arising from such third-party dependencies.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled, and any completed work will be delivered as per payment received.
13. Modifications to Terms
MMHAQ Technologies reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
